Eric Partida is a real estate valuation and compliance specialist currently working with Old Republic Default Management Services in Orange County, CA. He brings extensive experience as a BPO Portfolio Auditor, providing current property and comparable market data to major financial institutions such as J.P. Morgan Chase and Bank of America to help determine whether assets should be retained or liquidated from their real estate portfolios.

He has also appraised foreclosed properties sold at auction throughout California via Real Estate Disposition Corporation, covering markets including Los Angeles County, Riverside County, and San Bernardino County. More recently, Eric has focused on navigating evolving financing, sales, and refinancing guidelines affecting new construction SFRs and small income properties across Southern California—especially those involving ADUs and Jr. ADUs—ensuring projects meet modern zoning requirements and underwriting standards.
